Our trip was cancelled to Amsterdam. So I found this humble place, and a gentlemen George helped us with a humble room. We got milk, cereals, tea, coffee, and biscuits.George was lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. We decided to stay another extra day, because of the warm welcome we had. Also bus links are available to travel.
Stayed one night on the start of our hoildayto Lanzarote and on our return .Left our car with them for the duration and had excellent service .our room was very clean, comfortable bed and was lovely to have tea/coffee facilities with the added bonus of fresh milk ,cereals and biscuits. I have been using Forge parking for many years. I had a flight arriving at 01.20 hrs yesterday morning and thought a single room at Forge for £70 would be a good solution. It was brilliant! Forge have literally thought of everything. A lovely friendly young guy picked me up about 5 mins after I called in a smart white branded minibus. The transfer was actually FREE on Forge's side. All I had to do was give my contactless card to pay the £7 airport pick-up zone fee. On arrival at the hotel I was given a fresh pint of milk and shown to my room. Newly refurbished, clean, white towels and linen, ensuite. So close to airport yet so quiet! Kettle, fridge. Kellog's cereals. Really enjoyed a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes at 2am! The next morning I caught the A1 Airport Flyer bus from a quiet bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away. Felt great after a good night's sleep. Forge know exactly what travellers require for a stress free experience at a reasonable price. Thank you
This is a very well-loved yet tired Motel. This is not a Hotel as name says. With that in mind.... It was clean. Water was hot. Good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Location was easy from Bristol airport. My flight came in after midnight and staff waited for me. Do not use Google maps to find this. It will make you walk extra steps Ask airport staff... It is an old building...but looks like owners are doing a great job refurbishing it. ...and I have to add this... The room service maid was nice and very pretty.
I, personally, do not understand why there are not only positive reviews. Received way more for the price than any other hotel, that I have been at. The room was clean, it had a lot of coffee and tee supplies, also some bisquits and cereals. They even give you a fresh bottle of milk, not the powdered ones or the UHT. Was quiet and comfortable with new fridge and brand new kettle. Not to forget the free parking on the premises for the hotel stayers, which nowadays is so rare. The only thing that wasn't great is that it was a bit colder than I would have preferred. But still, if I need accommodation in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you.
We stayed here with our children and had a 6 bed room. Room was clean, plenty of towels and comfortable clean beds. We stayed the night before and after our trip abroad. 5 minute walk to airport. When we landed we were pocked up by Forge staff in a minibus with plenty of room for suitcases. You just call them when you land. It costs £8:50. We thought it was great value. Each room has fresh milk (in fridge) coffee tea and cereals. Communication with staff before and during trip was easy and quick. I would definitely stay again and recommend if you are flying from Bristol airport.
Stayed here for an overnight stay as flying out of Bristol early next morning. Room was very clean, bed was comfy and the cereal was a really nice touch. Also had a transfer to and from the airport which was easy and efficient. overall a really great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a hotel near the airport. Thanks!!
Fantastic location for Bristol Airport and very affordable given its location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The only negative is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear guests on adjoining rooms quite clearly. Not so much of an issue for us, but as we were leaving the hotel at 4am for our flight, I imagine we inadvertently disturbed guests in neighbouring rooms. Would definitely stay again if flying from Bristol in the future.
